FAQ.ph is a project of Optixor, Inc., a digital marketing company based in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. The site was launched on June 12, 2014 under the domain name Rise.PH but was later renamed to FAQ.ph to capture broader and deeper topics about Philippines.
